Should a claim arise, please contact our offices. We will gladly assist you in processing the claim and give you feedback as the claim progresses.


Always remember that you have 30 (thirty) days in which any claim needs to be registered. Depending on the insurer, a claim can be registered telephonically or by completing a claim form. We will advise you accordingly when you contact us.


Please take note of the assist number on your schedule. This number can be used in case of an emergency.

Please use only this number in case you need a tow-in service after an accident or break down.
